Global Business Development Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
Drive sales growth and achieve commercial objectives for Consumer segment in Greater China.
Participate in and lead cross-functional tenders, collaborating with freight, logistics, and ground transportation teams.
Conduct commercial analysis and viability assessments for business opportunities, preparing business justifications with operations.
Negotiate contracts and manage commercial issues during new project implementation.
Develop market development plans and Consumer segment scoping for Central China.
Provide data on accounts, competitors, and suppliers to management and counterparts in the region.
Implement marketing strategies and monitor sales, performance, and profit trends.
Deliver network analysis and optimization capabilities to key customers.
Requirements:
- Global 3PL industry exposure in Consumer segment, 3-5 years.
- Excellent solution capability for the 3PL industry.
- At least 2-3 years operations background with hands-on warehouse management experience.
- Ability to work autonomously and drive sales growth.
- Willingness to work on Industrial components vertical.
