Strategic Talent Acquisition Specialist

This role offers a unique opportunity to join our dynamic recruiting team and contribute to our ambitious expansion plans. As a Strategic Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sourcing strategies, identifying top candidates, and closing deals in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with various business stakeholders to understand their organization structure, responsibilities, strengths/weaknesses, and key drivers, and utilize this information to develop tailored recruiting approaches.
- BUILD and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management, gauging chemistry and motivation rather than solely focusing on selling roles. Ensure all sourcing channels are utilized effectively, including employee referrals, career portals, search firms, campus/MBA events, job fairs, and more.
- Consult on innovative recruitment ideas and strategies that contribute to long-term business growth, implement new processes, and fine-tune standard procedures to align with Amazon's mission of delivering high-quality results to customers. Develop written recruiting plans with clear deliverables, timelines, and tracking processes.
- Participate actively in full-cycle recruiting efforts, emphasizing assessment skills to evaluate candidates and ensure the highest standards. Lead final assessments and selection processes.
- Manage the offer proposal and negotiation process.
- Oversee data associated with the recruitment process, applying data-driven thinking and systematic approaches to achieve operational excellence.
- Focus on continuous improvement by educating hiring managers and interviewers on recruitment best practices and interview skills training.
- Collaborate with global contacts to implement recruitment tools and systems in the region.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher.
- 3+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in a medium-to-high-volume, high-hiring-bar environment with mixed experience in agency and corporate settings.
- Fluency in English as a working language.
- Strong sourcing skills with a proven track record of implementing innovative strategies for sourcing passive candidates.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a dynamic, aggressively growing environment.
- Ability to proactively network and establish effective working relationships.
- Strong communication and influencing skills.
Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
