Job Description: Business Development Specialist

We are seeking an experienced sales professional to develop and create customer relationships in their area of responsibility.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong customer relationships in assigned market areas.
  • Create and communicate leads and sales opportunities for the entire sales team, focusing on cross-selling and upselling.
  • E nsure customer satisfaction by resolving complaints efficiently and effectively with the support of the rest of the team.
  • Document customer and contact information, maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer data.
Sales Performance:
  • Achieve sales targets and meet budget requirements by managing leads, opportunities, orders, and contracts effectively.
  • Validate order contents to ensure alignment with negotiation outcomes, including terms, conditions, quality, and safety.
  • Maintain accurate records of opportunities, tasks, and visits, ensuring timely and comprehensive reporting.
  • Collaborate with the finance function to collect payments efficiently.
Requirements:
  • At least 5 years of experience in sales or business development in the elevator industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build and maintain effective relationships.
  • Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills, with a customer-centric approach.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
Salary and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary of approximately $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience, along with additional benefits such as health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
