Overview

As a Service Quality and Business Development Specialist at Bruker, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth while ensuring exceptional customer experiences. This position involves proactive actions and marketing events to support service teams in achieving targets.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and inspect routine service processes to identify areas for improvement.
  • Take ownership of aftermarket marketing customers' issues, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and expanding customer portal usage.
  • Manage internal and external digital platforms for lead generation and feedback collection.
  • Collect customers' requirements and develop aftermarket tools.
  • Operate social media platforms, including WeChat and video channels.
  • Monitor parts inventory and parts return.
  • Provide feedback and suggestions to enhance service quality and efficiency.

Qualifications

  • A minimum Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is required.
  • 2-4 years of experience in marketing, business development, logistical coordination, or service/customer support in a high technology equipment or instrument company is highly desirable.
  • Strong communication skills, proficiency in verbal and written English, and working knowledge of Microsoft Excel are required.
  • SAP, CRM, and SFDC experiences are a plus.
