Service Business Development Manager
About the Role
Siemens Energy is seeking a Service Business Development Manager to promote service portfolios and develop customer relationships for service business. The successful candidate will efficiently promote service portfolios and develop profitable service business to achieve business targets and enhance customer loyalty.
- Responsible for EAD service portfolio promotion and sales to achieve unit targets.
- Maintain customer relationships and identify opportunities for service business growth.
- Develop new customers through market research and resource utilization.
- Promote Service Sales Contracts to customers.
- Propose service solutions and coordinate after-sales service to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Assist Spare Parts Sales to achieve spare parts business targets.
- Promote new strategic service portfolios in the market.
- Perform other related tasks assigned by the manager.
- Responsible for service market intelligence and customer demand analysis to support service portfolio development.
- Support the improvement of service business processes based on customer requirements and Siemens Energy regulations.
What You Bring
- Strong customer orientation and ownership are essential.
- Familiarity with Siemens MV/LV Drive system and Fiber/Metal verticals' application technology.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in service business promotion in the industry automation market, with a preference for service sales experience.
- Strategic thinking and systematic analysis capabilities are preferred.
- Good English language skills, both written and oral.
- Good PPT designing and Excel skills.
- Good communication skills and team working attitude, even in stressful conditions.
- Willingness to travel.
