Strategic Business Development Manager

About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Strategic Business Development Manager to join our team at Amazon Connect Technology Services (Beijing) Co., Ltd. - C46. As a key member of our General Business BD team, you will be responsible for driving revenue and market share growth in cutting-edge tracks or customer assignments.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive account/track/territory plans to drive revenue and market share growth.
- Maintain a robust sales pipeline and reporting, working with partners to extend reach and drive adoption.
- Possess the technical ability to explain cloud computing, infrastructure solutions, and internet architectures.
- Develop case studies, manage contract negotiations, and develop long-term strategic relationships with key accounts.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by managing pre-sales and post-sales customer experience.
