Qualifications

8+ years of experience in sales, marketing, business development, and/or enterprise-level IT consulting. A strong growth mindset with a focus on solving complex customer challenges. Proven ability to lead, build trust, and establish credibility across all organizational levels. Industry knowledge and the capability to make informed recommendations to C-level executives and business decision-makers. A bachelor's degree with exposure to Information Technology (or equivalent) is highly preferred.

Required Profile Capabilities & Behaviors:

Sales Achiever – A track record of delivering results by understanding digital transformation drivers and customer priorities. Identify new opportunities and assist clients in accelerating their transition to the digital landscape for mutual benefit. Digital Transformation Advocate - Anticipate market shifts to deliver industry-relevant solutions to clients, influencing business decision-makers and IT decision-makers, fostering trust with stakeholders, and translating Microsoft solutions into business impacts that expedite the customer's digital transformation. Solution Seller - Recognize customer business challenges within their operations and articulate how Microsoft solutions, including industrial metaverse, AI, and intelligent cloud, can enhance customer outcomes, boost productivity, optimize workflows, and increase revenue. Sales Challenger - Continuously expand industry and technical knowledge. Present innovative industry solutions, benchmarks, and references to C-level executives that drive efficiency, optimization, and enhance customer satisfaction. Deal Orchestrator - Coordinate virtual selling teams and all Microsoft resources to maximize revenue opportunities. Lead and manage the entire sales cycle while leveraging repeatable offerings to accelerate and secure deals. Proven success in leading large strategic negotiations. Executive Presence – Capable of developing and maintaining relationships at the C-Level and above through relevance, industry expertise, and exceptional communication skills.
