Senior Sales Manager

Overview
The Senior Sales Manager is responsible for leading a team of sales professionals in managing and maintaining high levels of service delivery to customers across Emirates products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the day-to-day operations of the retail office team, ensuring excellent customer service and consistently meeting reservations sales targets.
- Coach, manage, develop, and motivate direct reporting agents and Customer Sales and Service Team Leaders, focusing on performance improvement and productivity maximization.
- Ensure that sales policies and retail office procedures are clearly understood, applied, and adhered to by the team.
- Provide necessary on-the-job training and instructions to staff and new joiners.
- Monitor discipline, grooming, and conduct of the team members.
- Analyze service level and revenue data to identify operational trends and implement solutions to increase sales, service, and quality.
- Develop and implement new programs, sales initiatives, and employee satisfaction projects to achieve contact center and network revenue, quality, and employee satisfaction targets.
- Maintain retail office standards, including furniture, brochure displays, queuing systems, reservations, and telephony systems.
- Control and maintain records for all revenue-accountable documents, such as tickets and MCOs, ensuring accurate usage monitoring and reconciliation.
Requirements:
- Candidates should have 3+ years of commercial/sales experience and possess strong knowledge of airline industry procedures and methodology.
- Excellent knowledge of fares and ticketing systems, Skywards and MARS reservations systems, and Emirates products and services is required.
- Fluency in English and Chinese is essential, with excellent interpersonal, telephone, and customer service skills.
