About the Role

A strategic sales leader is required to manage key customers and establish solid relationships at all levels, demonstrating excellent account leadership, professionalism, and integrity. The ideal candidate will have a strong strategic mindset with excellent attention to detail, 7+ years of successful experience in managing large key accounts, and a good track record in the Auto Aftermarket industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement annual sales and key account plans in line with approved Annual Operating Plans.
  • Manage the sales channel, including distribution, dealers, and convertors, and develop and maintain sales pipelines.
  • Prepare and execute monthly and quarterly sales forecasts, meeting all sales and AR collection targets.
  • Collect market information and analysis, including market size, market trend, new products, and customer trends, and report back internally in a timely fashion.
  • Accomplish other tasks as assigned by superior.

Requirements

  • Strong strategic mindset with excellent attention to detail.
  • 7+ years of successful experience in managing large key accounts.
  • Skilled in developing solid sales and negotiation skills with customers.
  • Problem-solving, product knowledge, and technical understanding.
  • Confident and able to work under pressure and self-starter.
  • Good team player with strong interpersonal skills and good execution capability.
  • University graduate.
  • Effective verbal and written communication in English.
