Senior Sales Representative, Dermatology Category Leader
Job Responsibilities:
Manage daily sales operations and maintain relationships with customers and channels. Expand Galderma's product sales in China based on product direction. Plan and execute product promotions and sales, and complete company plans and targets.
Requirements:
· Maximize sales value, sales growth, and market share in the responsible region based on product marketing strategies and new product launches.
· Responsible for product promotion in the region, providing professional product support.
· Maintain existing customers, maintain good communication with customers, and actively expand new customers.
· Actively grasp market dynamics, regularly feedback market information, and complete sales and market reports as required.
· Maintain close cooperation with company employees to ensure smooth work.
· Maintain product image and promote product continuous development.
Skills and Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree or above, related majors such as medicine, pharmacy, biology, etc. preferred.
· 3 years or more of sales experience in foreign pharmaceutical or medical device companies preferred.
· Strong learning ability, familiar with the market environment of the pharmaceutical industry preferred.
· Love sales work, good communication skills, and successful sales records.
