Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Market Leader to join our NielsenIQ team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving profitable revenue growth, representing the Voice of Client, and creating awareness of our broader Strategic Analytics & Insights (SA&I) portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales plans and strategies to achieve sales goals in collaboration with regional cluster leaders.
  • Manage sales team pipeline and assist in closing deals through strategic intervention.
  • Set quarterly and annual sales quotas and provide detailed sales forecasting on a monthly basis.
  • Own client-level annual operational (OP) planning inputs with the team at the account/geo level.
  • Partner closely with Region Leader/Delivery to align on goals and strategy and drive shared accountability for revenue targets.
  • Implement annual pricing increases and influence price-setting for new services.
  • Advise on RFPs and ensure NIQ fund usage.
  • Be a NIQ relationship driver, liaising with local NIQ sales leaders on joint business planning, regional commercial efforts, and SAI product pushes.

Requirements:

  • Expert in CPG / T&D Sales and Consumer research.
  • Experience in transformation initiatives.
  • Proven Leader of high performing teams.
  • Bachelor's Degree required, Masters preferred.
  • Good knowledge of NielsenIQ products, services, and data preferred.
  • Expertise in (application of) one of NielsenIQ solutions is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Proven sales acumen.
