  • Work alongside program managers and business leaders to communicate and influence critical business initiatives.
  • Develop, implement, and manage KPI reporting for a portfolio of programs, ensuring visibility into milestones and performance across all projects.
  • Engage with global technology teams to present and implement enhancements that enable new business scenarios and scale existing operations.

Qualifications:

Basic Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in program or project management.
  • Proven experience utilizing data and metrics to drive improvements.
  • Experience in owning program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and effectively communicating results to senior leadership.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in driving process improvements.
  • Master's degree or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design, or a related field.
