POSITION SUMMARY

As an IRD Captain at Marriott International, you will be responsible for leading a team to deliver exceptional service to our guests. This includes ensuring that staff are working together seamlessly to meet guest needs, completing opening and closing duties, and maintaining a clean and safe environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team to deliver exceptional service to guests
  • Ensure staff are working together to meet guest needs
  • Complete opening and closing duties, including setting up supplies and cleaning equipment
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment
  • Monitor dining rooms for seating availability, service, and guest well-being
  • Complete work orders for maintenance repairs and submit to the appropriate department
  • Report incidents and accidents to management and Loss Prevention

Requirements:

  • Ability to lead a team and deliver exceptional service
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous experience in a leadership role preferred
