POSITION SUMMARY
As a key member of our hotel team, you will be responsible for ensuring that all staff members work together seamlessly to provide exceptional service to our guests. This includes setting up necessary supplies and tools, maintaining cleanliness of work areas, and monitoring dining rooms for seating availability and guest well-being.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to Marriott International's high standards of quality and cleanliness.
- Ensure that all staff members are working together as a team to provide excellent service to our guests, and address any issues or concerns promptly.
- Complete opening and closing duties, including setting up necessary supplies and tools, and maintaining cleanliness of work areas.
- Monitor dining rooms for seating availability, service levels, and guest satisfaction, and take corrective action as needed.
- Effectively communicate with management, staff, and guests, using clear and professional language to resolve any issues or concerns.
