Job Description
We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Team Lead to join our team at Marriott International. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of customer service representatives, ensuring seamless delivery of services to guests, and maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.
About the Role
- Lead a team of customer service representatives
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and company policies
- Train and develop staff to enhance their skills and knowledge
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and resolve issues
Required Skills and Qualifications
