About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Sales Manager to join our team at Novo Nordisk. As a key member of our sales leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive business growth and improve market share.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and communicate sales incentive plans to drive goal achievement and motivate sales teams
  • Evaluate hospital potential and allocate sales targets to ensure alignment with company strategies
  • Lead cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies and tactics
  • Analyze sales performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including sales teams, hospital administrators, and other business partners
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales leadership or a related field
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire sales teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop effective solutions
  • Fluent English language skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with global stakeholders
