Your contributions will include:

  • Developing, planning, and executing the established audit program steps to ensure comprehensive identification of risks and controls.
  • Collaborating with the audit Scrum Team to perform the defined audit program steps, utilizing analytical skills to uncover root causes of findings and assist clients in formulating improvement strategies.
  • Ensuring effective execution of audit projects to maintain high-quality standards and compliance, while documenting results for communication with management.
  • Establishing trusted relationships with auditees, reinforcing Siemens as a reliable advisor.
  • Engaging in review meetings with management and supporting discussions by drawing conclusions from the audit engagement.
  • Participating in strategic discussions to provide insights for critical business and implementation decisions.
  • Being a key member of collaborative teams dedicated to fostering a culture of open feedback and continuous enhancement.

Your key qualifications include:

  • A minimum of 6-8 years of professional experience within Siemens or at a leading accounting firm, or other prestigious auditing firms.
  • A solid career trajectory, complemented by a strong academic background (degree in Business, Accounting, or Finance), with CPA, ACCA, ACA, or CGMA credentials preferred.
  • Proficiency in agile methodologies and a thorough understanding of Accounting (IFRS, US GAAP, or German GAAP), Financial Reporting, Controlling, or Commercial Project Management.
  • Exceptional project management and communication skills, with the ability to cultivate relationships and create collaborative work environments.
  • A strong ambition and drive to evolve into future leadership roles within the organization.
  • Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in German is advantageous.
  • Willingness to travel, including internationally, while embracing our remote-working culture.
