Your contributions will include:

  • Developing, planning, and executing the specified audit program steps to ensure comprehensive identification of risks and controls.
  • Collaborating with the audit Scrum Team to perform defined audit program steps, utilizing analytical skills to uncover root causes of findings and assisting clients in formulating improvement strategies.
  • Ensuring effective execution of audit projects to maintain high-quality standards and compliance, while documenting results for management communication.
  • Establishing trusted relationships with auditees, reinforcing Siemens as a reliable advisor.
  • Participating in review meetings with management and contributing insights derived from engagements.
  • Engaging in forward-thinking discussions to provide insights for critical business and implementation decisions.
  • Being a key member of collaborative teams that foster a culture of open feedback and continuous enhancement.

Your key qualifications include:

  • A minimum of 6-8 years of professional experience, preferably within Siemens or a 'Big 4' accounting firm, or other reputable auditing firms.
  • A strong academic background (degree in Business, Accounting, or Finance) with CPA, ACCA, ACA, or CGMA certifications preferred.
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and in-depth knowledge of Accounting (IFRS, US GAAP, or German GAAP), Financial Reporting, Controlling, or Commercial Project Management.
  • Excellent project management and communication skills, with the ability to foster relationships and create collaborative environments.
  • A strong desire and ambition to advance into future leadership roles within the organization.
  • Proficiency in English is essential; German language skills are an advantage.
  • Willingness to travel, including internationally, while embracing our remote-working culture.
