The Swire (Beijing) Management Consultancy Limited provides management, internal auditing, and risk management services to Swire group companies in China. The Group Internal Audit Department invites candidates to apply for the following position:

Assistant Manager, Internal Audit / Senior Auditor

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct audit projects and provide consulting services to the Group's management.
  • Supervise and coach auditors to ensure the quality of audit projects and adherence to departmental guidelines.
  • Produce reports and present results of audit and consulting projects effectively.
  • Support managers in devising, implementing, and enhancing data analytic works.
  • Review follow-up work on audit findings and perform ad hoc projects as assigned.
  • Uphold professional ethical standards and promote ethics and integrity within the department.

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related disciplines.
  • At least 8 years of experience in auditing, accounting, or information technology. Candidates with less experience may be considered Senior Auditor.
  • A relevant qualification such as CPA, CIA, CISA, or equivalent.
  • Experience working in international or sizeable CPA firms is desirable.
  • Good proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Word Processing applications.
  • Strong organisational skills, detail-minded, and strong business acumen.
  • Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua).
  • Flexibility to travel frequently.
