About This Opportunity

This role offers a unique chance to join a vibrant international team where you'll make an impact by:

  • Executing defined audit program steps to ensure all risks and controls are identified.
  • Collaborating with the audit Scrum Team to perform defined audit program steps and use analytical skills to identify root causes of findings.
  • Driving proper Audit project execution to ensure high-quality and compliance audit performance.
  • Building trusted working relationships with auditees as a trusted advisor.
  • Contributing to review meetings with management and supporting discussions on drawn conclusions from the engagement.
  • Participating in forward-looking discussions to provide foresight for critical business decisions.
Your Defining Qualities

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • At least 6-8 years of professional experience within Siemens or in a 'Big 4' accounting firm or other auditing relevant companies.
  • A strong academic history (degree in Business, Accounting or Finance), with CPA, ACCA, ACA, CGMA preferred.
  • Experience with agile approaches and in-depth knowledge in Accounting (IFRS, US GAAP, German GAAP), Financial Reporting, Controlling or Commercial Project Management.
  • Strong project management and communication skills and the ability to build relationships and create collaborative working environments.
  • A strong desire and drive to develop into future leadership roles in the business.
  • Fluency in English is required, German fluency is a plus.
  • Flexibility to travel internationally while embracing our remote-working culture.
