Senior Account Manager Opportunity
Aon is a leading global professional services firm providing risk, retirement, and health solutions.
We are seeking an experienced Senior Account Manager to join our team in Beijing, China.
About the Role:
- Lead business development and client service initiatives
- Achieve budget targets
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and identify new business opportunities
- Prepare insurance proposals and provide excellent client service
- Ensure compliance with company policies and practices
Requirements:
- 5-10 years of working experience
- Bachelor's degree or above
- Familiarity with insurance knowledge
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent English and Mandarin language skills
Compensation: The estimated salary for this role is ¥250,000 - ¥350,000 per annum, commensurate with experience. Aon offers a comprehensive benefits package, including two Global Wellbeing Days per year and flexible work arrangements through Smart Working.
