Job Description


We are seeking a seasoned Internal Audit Manager to join our team in Beijing, China. As a key member of our internal audit function, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and reporting on audits of various business processes across Lenovo.


About the Role


This is an excellent opportunity for a highly skilled and experienced auditor to take on a leadership role and contribute to the development of our internal audit function. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate business risks, improve internal controls, and drive process improvements.


Responsibilities



  • Plan, execute, and report on audits of various business processes, including risk assessment, audit testing, and issue identification.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders across the organization, including senior management, audit committees, and other departments.
  • Identify and prioritize areas for improvement, develop recommendations, and implement solutions to enhance internal controls and process efficiency.
  • Collaborate with external auditors and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments, emerging risks, and best practices in internal auditing.

Requirements



  • 4-6 years of experience in internal auditing, preferably in a commercial multinational company.
  • University degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Strong knowledge of business processes, risk management, and internal control frameworks.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
  • Fluency in English and Chinese (writing, speaking, and reading) required; Japanese language proficiency a plus.
  • Professional certifications such as CIA, CPA, CA, CFE, CISA, or ACCA preferred.
