Digital Transformation Specialist

Job Summary
As a seasoned Digital Transformation Specialist, you will lead cross-functional project teams to optimize global ecommerce operations, tools, and sales enablement capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Project manage transformation initiatives, tracking progress, escalating and removing roadblocks, and supporting initiative defined through strategic planning.
- Craft and execute programs that enhance sales, business, and operations processes with a focus on productivity and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with global segment, functional, and Geo teams to harmonize best practices, optimize tools, and processes.
- Advocate on behalf of the customer and have a customer-centric approach to the above responsibilities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field of study or equivalent work experience.
- 8 years' work experience leading teams using agile and hybrid agile/waterfall practices.
- Basic knowledge of the software development life cycle (SDLC).
- Strong sense of ownership with regard to project leadership.
- Understanding of business analysis best practices and ability to facilitate and document requirements.
- PMP and Agile/Scrum certifications preferred.
