Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement operational activities, including scheduling, reporting, contract setup, and payment issues for business unit activities.
  • Ensure compliance with company and BV Group regulations.
  • Follow up on corrective and preventive actions, and maintain accurate records and documents.
  • Provide administrative support to operation staff and create documentation for reports and records.
  • Manage the filing of proposals and contracts, and ensure the completion of project files.
  • Verify and summarize business unit expenses and income, and report timely.
  • Maintain data accuracy and ensure system updates.
  • Execute daily activities in accordance with management system requirements, including quality, HSE, and ISO17020.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent level.
  • Working experience: Around 5 years' experience in supporting functions.
  • Excellent communication and English skills, with good local language skills.
  • Proficiency in PC software, such as Microsoft or Siebel systems.
