Job Summary

This role provides high-level secretarial and administrative support to the Managing Director. The successful candidate will require discretion, confidentiality, and excellent communication skills to manage complex tasks and projects.


The ideal candidate will have 6-8 years of experience in a multinational company, with a strong background in administration and business support. Fluency in English and Chinese is essential, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.



Key Responsibilities


  1. Provide executive-level administrative support to the Managing Director, including scheduling appointments, managing email, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  2. Gather and compile information for documents, reports, and presentations, requiring attention to detail and analytical skills.
  3. Facilitate effective communication between the Managing Director and other stakeholders, including team members, managers, and external parties.
  4. Manage the executive office and accounting records, ensuring compliance with established budgets and procedures.
  5. Plan, organize, and schedule own workload to meet deadlines and deliver results.


Requirements


  • University degree in English or professional secretaryship with good PC knowledge and business sense.
  • 6-8 years of relevant working experience in a multinational company.
  • Fluency in spoken and written English and Chinese.
  • Strong initiative, resourcefulness, and problem-solving ability.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to gather and organize complex data from multiple sources.
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage a changing workload.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint.


Salary Range: $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
