About the role:
The Four Seasons Hotel Beijing is seeking an Office Coordinator who shares a passion for excellence and brings enthusiasm to every task. In the Food and Beverage Administration department, the Office Coordinator will report directly to the Director of Food and Beverage.

Responsibilities:
1. Draft correspondence, reports, letters, and memorandums; manage incoming mail and gather necessary information for responses; take and distribute meeting minutes for departmental and divisional meetings.
2. Organize and maintain files, schedules, and calendars for management within the Food & Beverage Division; coordinate, set, and confirm interviews and appointments.
3. Collaborate harmoniously and professionally with colleagues and supervisors.
4. Assist in completing special projects, which may include mailings, competitive surveys, menus, or other assigned tasks; manage and order office supplies.
Qualifications:
1. A college degree, preferably in hotel/restaurant management or equivalent experience, is required.
2. Strong communication skills and intermediate proficiency in English are essential.
3. A minimum of one year of administrative experience, preferably in a hospitality or restaurant-related field, is required.
4. Proficiency in Mandarin is mandatory, and work authorization in China is required.
