About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Regional Director, Key Account to join our team at Novo Nordisk A/S. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and success in the region.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Support the National KA Director in developing and implementing regional team development strategies, including creating and refining regional team capability models.
- Collaborate with the KA Strategy Team to develop and implement hospital key account strategies and targets, supporting national strategic partnership projects and building regional strategic partnership projects and platforms.
- Establish and manage regional key account team product hospital access strategies, set annual targets, and effectively execute target decomposition and follow-up and performance management.
- Develop and implement regional key account team hospital safety operation strategies, set annual targets, and conduct performance follow-up and evaluation.
- Collaborate with regional-level departments and teams to support other-level access work in the region.
**Requirements**
- 10+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with 5+ years of KA, MA experience and team management experience preferred.
- Understanding of hospital management systems, familiarity with hospital access processes and standards, and mastery of regional market sales business operation modes.
- Medical, marketing, or management-related majors, bachelor's degree or above.
