About This Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Director to join our team at TerraSource Global. As a Sales Director, you will be responsible for leading our sales efforts in assigned regions and industries, driving revenue growth and market share increase for our selected products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including EPC/DI and end users from Mining, Power, and Chemical industries.
  • Lead the development of our sales channels, establishing a solid and active direct sales and distributor network.
  • Identify new sales opportunities and provide optimized solutions and support to customers.
  • Improve market share for our selected products in assigned regions.
  • Ensure customer compliance with our terms and conditions of sales.
  • Coordinate with supporting functions to ensure quality product/service delivery.
  • Collaborate with other sales functions to achieve sales targets and drive customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct market research and provide relevant market information.
  • Manage CRM, Sales Force, and sales forecasting.
  • Train, coach, and improve sales team members' competence in technical and commercial aspects.
Requirements
  • Proven track record in sales with a minimum of 5 years' experience in sales in Power & Mining or related industry and a minimum 5 years' experience in sales management.
  • Demonstrated ability in direct sales and distributor development.
  • Working experience of crusher and screening equipment sales in MNC would be a plus.
  • Ability to travel 70% of the time.
