Sales Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Manager to join our team at nVent. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading our sales efforts in the region, driving revenue growth, and building strong relationships with our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Field Sales and Customer Support: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets, and provide exceptional customer support to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of sales engineers, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
- Forecasting and Analysis: Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities and challenges, and develop forecasts to inform business decisions.
- Product Promotion: Work closely with product management to promote our products in the assigned region, and develop strategies to increase sales and market share.
- Distributor Management: Manage relationships with distributors and reps to ensure sales performance and growth.
- Price Negotiation: Negotiate prices with customers, reps, and distributors to ensure competitive pricing and maximize revenue.
- Academic Background: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as mechanical engineering.
- Experience: Minimum five years of experience in electronic/electro-mechanical sales, preferably in the electronic/electric industry.
- Skills: Persuasiveness, ability to build positive relationships, effective communication, motivation, and strong interpersonal skills.
- Culture Background: Ability to work in a multicultural environment and understand the culture of the assigned region.
- Pressure Management: Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
