Customer and Partner Success

1) Leadership & Relationship Management: As a seasoned leader, you will manage and nurture client relationships, developing data-driven success plans tailored to each client's critical success factors.

2) Prospect Management: Identify and cultivate new prospects, guiding them from the lead stage through to deal closure. Continuously monitor existing customers for potential revenue opportunities.

3) Strategic Advisory: Build strong relationships with clients, partners, and marketing leaders. Provide data-driven, strategic advice on channel expansion, MarTech optimization, and business growth.

4) Sales Enablement: Drive and coordinate pitch proposals and contract negotiations. Prepare non-technical proposals and perform sales presentations.

5) Collaboration: Work closely with our delivery hubs to ensure efficient and profitable delivery.

Project Management

1) Project Oversight: Help oversee project plans with the delivery team, ensuring timely task completion and achievement of project milestones.

2) Customer Engagement: Prepare for customer engagement reviews, providing updates on project status and ensuring quality assurance.

3) Marketing Insights: Lead marketing insights projects by analyzing client channel strategy, data, and performance. Effectively communicate findings and recommendations.

4) KPI Identification: Assist clients in identifying the right marketing key performance indicators, highlighting areas for improvement, and influencing strategy.

5) Business Reviews: Prepare quarterly business reviews to share marketing insights and industry best practices.

Support Pre-Sales & Sales

Sales Activities: Assist in pre-sales and sales activities to drive business growth.

Pitch Proposals: Drive and coordinate pitch proposals and contract negotiations.

Sales Presentations: Prepare non-technical proposals and perform sales presentations.

Skills & Qualifications

Experience: Minimum of 8+ years in digital marketing, specializing in customer experience, marketing automation, communications, digital customer data, social channels, and CRM.

Expertise: Deep understanding of data-driven marketing; agency experience is essential with strong knowledge in MAP, CDP, eCommerce, data, and analytics.

Client Growth: Demonstrated growth within B2C clients across industries such as travel & hospitality, finance, retail, and FMCG.

Strategic Planning: Ability to translate strategic business objectives into actionable plans and communicate effectively with clients and internal teams.

Location: This role is based in China.

Language Skills: Proficiency in written and verbal English and Chinese.

Communication: Excellent ability to present complex information clearly and effectively.

Creative & Analytical Thinking: Apply creative and analytical thinking to provide solutions in a dynamic work environment.

Independence & Teamwork: Must be able to work independently and function as a strong team player in a multicultural and multi-agency environment.

Proactivity & Detail Orientation: Proactive, resourceful, detail-oriented, and capable of handling a high volume of work.

Results Orientation: Strong ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
