About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to join Abbott as a key representative of our customer-facing team. As an Ambassador of Customer Success, you will play a vital role in building strong relationships with our customers, identifying their needs, and delivering tailored solutions to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute customer engagement strategies to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct needs assessments and provide recommendations to customers on how to optimize their business operations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform business development strategies.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity.
  • Contribute to the development of sales strategies and tactics to drive business growth.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, marketing, or sales.
  • Proven track record of success in sales or customer-facing roles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
