Training Operations Lead, Greater China

We are pleased to present an opportunity to join BSI as a Training Operations Manager for the Greater China region.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the training delivery objectives of the training operations team.
  • Continuously enhance the training service workflow, ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of all operational processes.
  • Prepare and submit various reports, including weekly updates, monthly summaries, and performance evaluations.
  • Facilitate effective communication with other departments, including finance, sales, and the tutoring team.
  • Assess course delivery quality, gather and analyze participant feedback, and strive for continuous improvement in customer satisfaction.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the operations team.
  • Execute tasks as assigned by the Training Business Director.

Key Performance Indicators:

  • Meet training delivery and profit/loss targets.
  • Propel public sales training to achieve established goals.
  • Ensure accuracy and timeliness of training delivery reports.
  • Attain company qualifications (e.g., IRCA/APMG).
  • Receive high ratings from customers, sales, finance, and tutoring departments.
