Senior Medical Representative

Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve sales targets and expand market share in the oncology space.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key healthcare professionals (HCPs) and thought leaders in the field of medical oncology.
- Provide educational and scientific support to HCPs to enhance their knowledge and understanding of our products and therapies.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest medical and scientific developments in the field of oncology and translate this knowledge into effective sales strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales plans, marketing campaigns, and product launches.
- Manage and maintain accurate records of sales calls, customer interactions, and product knowledge updates.
- Minimum 1-3 years of sales experience in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry.
- Strong understanding of the oncology market and current trends.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
