Position: Senior Product Development Manager

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Engage regularly with business partners for product forecasting and performance evaluations;
  • Independently design and execute product strategies and activation plans in collaboration with the sales team and other internal departments, ensuring timely and optimal delivery in line with established milestones and objectives;
  • Oversee and manage the approved profit and loss budget;
  • Foster strong relationships with external stakeholders, including advocates, key opinion leaders, government representatives, media, and other professionals, to shape positive perceptions and gather constructive feedback on marketing initiatives;
  • Ensure that personal actions align with Bayer's LIFE values, relevant compliance standards, and other corporate regulations.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Possess a bachelor's degree or higher in a medical-related field;
  • Preferred experience in strategic initiatives and new product launches;
  • Over five years of experience in marketing, particularly in the antidiabetic treatment sector, is advantageous;
  • Knowledge of digital marketing or experience in consulting is preferred;
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to influence others;
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English is essential.
