About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Product Strategy Director to join our team at Study Group. As a key member of our global senior leadership team, you will be responsible for driving the growth and development of our international education products and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive product growth strategy that aligns with our company goals and objectives.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to design, develop, and launch new products and services that meet the needs of our students, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with our global teams to identify market opportunities, define product roadmaps, and validate market opportunities through test/learn initiatives or controlled launches.
  • Ensure that our products and services meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and compliance.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with our partners, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
About You
  • You have a proven track record of success in product development, growth strategy, and leadership roles in the international education sector.
  • You possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a matrix environment.
  • You have a deep understanding of the international education market, including the needs and challenges of students, partners, and stakeholders.
  • You are a strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute complex plans, and to adapt to changing circumstances.
  • You are a collaborative leader who can build and maintain strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
