Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and lead analysis on the macro environment, providing key insights for C-level executives.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and players, performing strategic-level analysis.
  • Develop content for C-level presentations and strategic communication.
  • Collaborate with the CEO office to provide analytical support and critical business insights.
  • Support the Corporate Strategy Director in deep-diving critical strategic questions.

Requirements

  • Excellent writing and verbal communication skills in English and Mandarin.
  • Strong research capabilities to quickly learn new topics and independently solve complex issues.
  • Strong analytical and hypothesis-driven problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to be detail-oriented and number-driven, understanding and explaining topics at low levels and abstracting contents at high-level, strategic, and C-level.
  • Candidate must have at least 3 years of experience from MBB (McKinsey, Bain, BCG) with a solid performance track record.
  • Overseas experience is a must; an MBA degree from a top school is preferred.
  • Experience in strategy positions or C-level chief of staff positions in MNCs is a plus.
  • Successful candidates should possess a strong passion for the technology industry.
