Pfizer Oncology Commercial Strategy Manager

Pfizer is seeking a highly skilled Senior Market Manager to lead our oncology commercial strategy in Shanghai. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing quality control strategies, cultivating external opinion leader relationships, and establishing professional relationships with government authorities and external contacts.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and align quality control strategies for oncology commercial platforms.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with external opinion leaders.
- Establish and maintain professional relationships with government authorities and external contacts.
- Lead projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and implementation of processes.
- Leverage and influence stakeholders to ensure successful team deliverables.
- Coordinate with regional market teams to maximize new product opportunities in China.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above.
- At least 6 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, preferably with DM or RPM or product management experience.
- At least 1-2 years of project management experience.
- Demonstrated self-motivation, strong execution, and strong communication skills.
- Track record of working collaboratively across functions.
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
- Advanced Microsoft Office capabilities, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
