About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Manager to join our Oncology Business Unit in Shanghai/Beijing. As a Product Manager, you will play a critical role in driving the development and execution of our product strategies, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the development of marketing strategies to drive product awareness and knowledge among target customers.
  • Plan and execute promotional campaigns to increase product awareness and knowledge among target customers.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders, healthcare providers, and other stakeholders in the industry.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and success.
  • Monitor competitive activity and gather intelligence to stay informed about industry trends and changes.
  • Analyze sales data and performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing activities and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Participate in product sales teams training on product features and benefits.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and ethical standards in all marketing activities.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor degree is a must, medical degree a plus.
  • Pharmaceutical marketing experience 1-2 years (Oncology experience strongly preferred).
  • Strong execution skills with meticulous planning.
  • Good capability on presentation and communication.
  • Strong team player, ability to influence fellow marketers and sales team.
  • KOL development and management skills a plus.
  • Good skill on spoken and written English.
  • Multi-task management skills Frequent travel required.
