About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior/Principal Engineer to join our team at Infineon Technologies. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in the development of Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) and Autonomous Driving Solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide system-level design-in support, including training and/or prototypes, to customers on system level.
  • Explore innovations and know-how on system level via cooperation projects and customer engagement.
  • Understand and analyze application and system requirements and identify gaps in product portfolio and propose new products.
  • Collaborate across product teams, such as MCU Power IC, memory, and other related areas.
Requirements
  • Masters/PhD Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • Work experience in ADAS/AD applications in Tier 1 or OEM.
  • Experience in HW/SW development, with good knowledge of automotive system technical requirements.
  • Good knowledge of semiconductors, including SoC, MCU, Power, and Memory products.
  • Experience in Functional Safety and Cybersecurity is preferable.
