We are seeking an experienced professional to fill the role of Senior Financial Planning and Product Expert, Broker at HSBC.

**Key Responsibilities**

• Strengthen HSBC's reputation as a leading wealth provider by delivering advanced technical product expertise to clients and providing internal training materials on portfolio strategy and investment product insights to internal stakeholders.

• Conduct training to deliver new investment product launches and translate product strategy to PWP, ensuring seamless support is provided to customers.

• Supply timely market and product updates, and assist frontline teams with customer servicing needs and disputes to ensure customer satisfaction.

• Collect and apply market and channel intelligence to identify competitive gaps, service issues, business opportunities, and challenges with stakeholders.

• Collaborate with the Investment Product Team and Financial Planning Team on new products, product enhancements, and improvements in customer experience.

**Requirements**

• A university degree with honors in economics, finance, business, mathematics, or a related discipline.

• A minimum of six years of working experience as an investment counsellor or product specialist.

• Strong client skills with the ability to deliver a strong client experience and provide needs-based solutions.

• Deep knowledge of financial planning to provide wealth management advice to high net wealth customers, including retirement, estate planning, and family trust.

• Extensive external market awareness of market conditions, new product solutions, and an understanding of current financial market activities.

• Excellent interpersonal and communications skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.

• Demonstrates ability to set stretch goals for self and the ability to deliver these with courage and tenacity.

• Excellent investment consultation and presentation skills.

• Obtained Fund Qualification from AMAC.

• Fluent in English and Mandarin.
