About Your Role:

As a Senior QA Engineer at Avery Dennison, you will play a critical role in assisting department heads in achieving department and company quality-related KPIs. You will work closely with department heads to control customer quality, new product quality, and process quality.

Your Responsibilities:Client QA:
  • Handle customer complaints as the primary point of contact for product/process issues, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Manage site physical analysis activities and provide root cause analysis to resolve and prevent customer quality issues.
  • Respond to customer questionnaires, surveys, and specific requests regarding quality.
  • Participate in audits and drive corrective and preventive actions to closure.
  • Collaborate with Global Quality on continuous improvement initiatives to increase customer satisfaction and drive CoPQ@Client, PPM, and TAT improvement.
NPD/NPI QA:
  • Participate in product quality planning at the initial stage of new product development projects, providing quality perspectives for product design and process selection.
  • Develop new product quality assurance plans and conduct ongoing reliability tests, clarifying quality control points and inspection methods.
  • Follow up on trial production processes, conduct full-process quality monitoring, and promptly discover and solve quality problems.
  • Collaborate with internal production and engineering departments to develop quality standards and inspection specifications for new products.
  • Train relevant department personnel on new product quality standards and inspection methods.
Qualifications:

We are looking for a candidate with a Bachelor's degree and at least five years of quality work experience, preferably in the automotive and electronics industries. The ideal candidate will have rich experience in incoming material inspection, quality control, and system management.

The successful candidate will be proficient in quality control techniques and methods, with good problem-solving and handling capabilities. They will also understand system requirements and be able to apply them to daily work.

We are seeking a proactive, willing-to-learn individual with strong learning ability and a high degree of teamwork spirit. Good English listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills are essential.

Project quality work experience is preferred, but not required.
