We are currently on the lookout for a skilled individual to fill the position of Associate Project Manager.

Department: Markets & Securities Services IT

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily project management of technical delivery initiatives.
  • Gather and align requirements with both business and technical objectives.
  • Monitor and evaluate the progress of project initiatives.
  • Support the budget management process.
  • Facilitate essential functional meetings on a daily basis.
  • Assist in preparing materials for Project Steering Committees and Working Groups.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Self-motivated individual with strong initiative and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Experience in managing Foreign Exchange or Artificial Intelligence projects.
  • Knowledge of FX, Emerging Markets Rates, Fixed Income, and Equity products.
  • Proven experience in engaging with key global stakeholders.
  • Track record of managing competing priorities effectively.
  • Ability to foresee and address potential issues proactively.
  • Excellent organizational skills with a focus on delivering results.
  • Proficient in written and verbal communication in English.
  • Experience working across multiple locations and time zones.
  • Ability to manage various stakeholders and initiatives, ensuring alignment of functional deliveries with technical strategies.

  • Capable of managing issues and project deliveries to completion.
