**Job Summary**

As a Product Knowledge Specialist for YSL in Hangzhou, you will be responsible for delivering comprehensive training programs to sales teams on YSL products and sales techniques.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance sales teams' knowledge of YSL products and sales strategies.
  • Collaborate with the sales department to design and deliver marketing activities and provide training support.
  • Collect, organize, and respond to product-related questions and concerns.
  • Work with sales teams to develop and execute effective training plans, aligned with sales targets.
  • Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness, providing feedback and addressing any issues.

**Requirements:**

  • Bachelor's degree or higher.
  • Strong proactive attitude, positive work ethic, and passion for sales.
  • Experience in the cosmetics industry, with proficiency in Microsoft Office (PPT, Word, Excel).
  • Excellent communication and expression skills, adaptability, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong team collaboration and learning skills.
  • Fluent in standard Mandarin Chinese.
