Job Title: Trainer YSL Hangzhou

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Trainer to join our team in Hangzhou. As a Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering product knowledge and sales skills training to our sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver training programs to enhance sales team's product knowledge and sales skills
  • Collaborate with sales department to design and implement marketing activities and training support
  • Collect, organize, and answer product-related questions
  • Work with sales team to develop and execute effective training plans to achieve sales targets
  • Ensure sales consultants/main hosts adhere to standard operating procedures and maintain skill standardization

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or above
  • Strong initiative, positive work attitude, and passion for sales work
  • Some experience in the cosmetics industry, familiar with office software PPT, Word, Excel
  • Excellent communication and expression skills, adaptability, and problem-solving skills
  • Good teamwork and learning ability

Language Requirements:

Standard Mandarin Chinese
