Responsibilities:

  • Develops annual sales plans for cutting tools businesses in Shandong.
  • Accountable for delivering top-line sales targets.
  • Manages margin, price, and commercial expenses to achieve bottom-line results.
  • BUILDs strong relationships with distributors and end customers to foster long-term partnerships.
  • Leads the commercial team, including sales engineers, to build a solid sales pipeline and establish regular review mechanisms.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in metal cutting and sales, including 3 years of management experience.
  • Proficient in English language, both written and spoken.
  • Strong communication skills and an expansive network of potential customers and channel partners.
