Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for cutting tools business in Shandong region.
  • Drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets by building strong relationships with distributors and end customers.
  • Manage commercial expenses and maintain a healthy margin to ensure business profitability.
  • Lead a team of sales engineers to develop a robust sales pipeline and implement regular review mechanisms.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or a related field, with an MBA preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in metal cutting and sales, with 3 years of management experience.
  • Excellent written and spoken English language skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • An extensive network of potential customers and partners.
