Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Data Analyst to join our team at BSH Home Appliances Group. As a Sales Data Analyst, you will be responsible for conducting deep dive analysis on market share, business status on key accounts and channels, and identifying business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor channel developing trend and competitor activities, identify business opportunities.
- Ensure KPI tracking of key accounts and channels.
- Qualify and consolidate data resource to drive data effectiveness.
- Support channel sales policies design and optimization.
- Keep close communication and information sharing with related functions in HQ and sales clusters.
Deliverables:
- Monthly business analysis report on key accounts and channels.
- PMR, ad hoc and regular market and competitor analysis reports.
- Monthly scorecards of key accounts and channels are up to date.
- Data pool of key accounts, channels, and competitors are valid and up to date.
- Frontline feedbacks and market insights for sales policies.
- Data and information synchronization of related departments.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need to have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. You should be able to work independently and as part of a team, and have a strong understanding of business operations and data analysis.
