Job Title: Digitalization & Strategic Program IT Expert

Goodyear is a leading tire manufacturer with a global presence. We are seeking an experienced IT expert to join our team in Shanghai, China.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly skilled IT expert to support our strategic program and team in enhancing our Route-To-Market (RTM) B2B and App functions. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the development and implementation of IT solutions to expand our reach and build a critical mass of 25,000-30,000 retailers transacting directly with Goodyear in the next 5 years.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the head of strategic program and team to enhance RTM B2B and App functions and expand the reach of Goodyear mobile platform.
  • Collaborate with IT team in APP function development and be responsible for end-to-end IT development process from business requirements communication till post-launch hyper-care.
  • Work as leader in 3rd party vendor management and be responsible for spending tracking and budget control.
  • Partner with business project leaders in other China key via IT solution initiating, end-to-end IT development process implementing and overall IT structure alignment.
  • Support Head of strategic program and join regular reviews for China's Strategic Program reviews with China and APEX SteerCo to report on progress, escalate issues and decisions.
  • Provide project management training and coaching to project team members to develop project management capability.
Requirements:
  • 7-8 years experience in applying current information technology to specific areas of the business.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; acts decisively and swiftly, identifies problems and drives towards solutions.
  • Excellent project management skills, PMP certification preferred.
  • Open mind and strong willingness/skills to lead changes.
  • Cross-functional mindset with good business acumen.
