**Job Summary**

We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Maintenance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance and reliability of our equipment.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Manage and maintain equipment, adhering to company rules and regulations.
  • Coordinate personnel and respond to equipment failures, conducting preventive maintenance to ensure machines are in good working condition.
  • Perform daily inspections to understand the current status of equipment.
  • Procure spare parts to minimize downtime and record maintenance activities, analyzing equipment performance and providing recommendations.
  • Carry out various tasks assigned by the leader and allocate personnel resources effectively.

**Requirements:**

  • High school degree or equivalent.
  • At least 5 years of experience in mechanical maintenance or 3 years in hydraulic maintenance.
