Job Title:

Maintenance Technician

Overview:

The Maintenance Technician plays a crucial role in supporting the maintenance engineering team to ensure the seamless operation of machinery and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct routine maintenance on various mechanical systems, perform online vibration analysis, and maintain accurate records of special equipment.

Responsible for equipment testing, daily maintenance, inspections, and calibrations, including vibration assessments and upkeep of specialized machinery.

Perform inspections across the production facility, identifying and addressing any issues that arise.

Engage in regular inspections and preventive maintenance tasks for plant equipment, resolving issues and reporting findings appropriately.

Manage documentation for equipment, oversee spare parts inventory, and coordinate with external contractors.

Ensure proper organization of equipment documentation, manage spare parts, and oversee contractor activities.

Assist equipment engineers in data collection and support SAP management efforts.

Collaborate with engineers to gather equipment data and drawings, while maintaining SAP systems.

Participate in 5S initiatives to promote workplace organization and efficiency.

Engage actively in 5S activities to enhance workplace standards.
